About ZoneAlarm :
ZoneAlarm is a well-regarded personal firewall product offered by Zone Labs. Like most firewall software, it alerts the user to any hacking attempts on your computer. Significantly, it also alerts on outbound attempts, when an unrecognized program seeks to access the Internet. The firewall that Microsoft includes in Windows XP lacks outbound protection, highlighting the need for firewall protection beyond what it offers. In ZoneAlarm, access requested by any program can be allowed or denied. The user can easily specify preferred inbound and outbound access privileges for various programs either as each seeks access for the first time, or at any later time. The free version of ZoneAlarm is generally recognized as a fine firewall, and is a very popular download. Zonelab's business model is to continue to improve the free basic model while offering upgrades with more features for a price.

About SpywareBlaster:

SpywareBlaster is a killbit program for Microsoft Windows designed to block the installation of ActiveX malware.
SpywareBlaster blocks the installation of most ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers and other unwanted programs from the user's computer. SpywareBlaster works by blacklisting the CLSID of known malware programs, effectively preventing them from infecting a protected computer. This approach differs from many other anti-spyware programs, which typically offer the user a possibility to "scan" the memory and hard drive of the computer and remove the unwanted software, after it has been installed. SpywareBlaster also allows the user to prevent privacy hazards such as tracking cookies. Another feature is the ability to restrict the actions of websites known to distribute adware and spyware. SpywareBlaster supports several web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla and Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Seamonkey, and Flock.

About Spybot Search and Destroy :
Spybot - Search & Destroy (sometimes known as Spybot-S&D) is a malware, spyware and adware removal program for Microsoft Windows. Like most malware scanners, Spybot-S&D scans the computer hard disk and/or RAM for malicious software.
Spybot was written by German software engineer Patrick Michael Kolla, and is distributed by Kolla's company Safer Networking Limited. Development began in 2000 when Kolla, still a student, wrote a small program to deal with the Aureate/Radiate and Conducent TimeSink programs, two of the earliest examples of adware.

Today you need to remember many passwords. Also, you should use different passwords for each account. Because if you use only one password everywhere and someone gets this password you have a problem... A serious problem. The thief would have access to your e-mail account, homepage, etc. Unimaginable.

KeePass is a free/open-source password manager or safe which helps you to manage your passwords in a secure way. You can put all your passwords in one database, which is locked with one master key or a key-disk. So you only have to remember one single master password or insert the key-disk to unlock the whole database. The databases are encrypted using the best and most secure encryption algorithms currently known (AES and Twofish).
KeePass Features

KeePass supports the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and the Twofish algorithms to encrypt its password databases.
your passwords are encrypted while KeePass is running, so even if Windows caches the KeePass process to disk, this wouldn't reveal your passwords anyway.
One master password decrypts the complete database.

About HijackThis :
HijackThis can either save this info as a plain text logfile or disable the found items. Caution should be exercised when using the latter option, as HijackThis does not discriminate between legimate and unwanted items - thus allowing a user to unintentionally disable important programs from running, which may possibly cause their system or peripherals to stop working. HijackThis will, however, create backups of the files and registry entries it removes, which can be used to restore the system in the event of a mistake.

A common tradition is to post the logfile to some web board/forum where more experienced users will help decipher which entries need to be removed. Automated tools also exist that analyze saved logs and attempt to provide recommendations to the user, or to clean entries automatically. Use of such tools, however, is generally recommended against by those who specialize in manually dealing with HijackThis logs; they consider the tools to be potentially dangerous to inexperienced users, and not accurate and reliable enough to substitute consulting a trained human analyzer.
